St. Michael’s University School is situated on 19 park-like acres in Victoria, British Columbia. This school offers a boarding program that brings together students from 20 countries around the world and offers each of them an integral role in residence. Boarders in Grades 8-12 collaborate and learn together, developing a sense of independence through leadership opportunities and community involvement.
Life in residence offers structured study time and support while also creating organized recreational activities from downtown excursions to inter-house competitions. Girls and boys have separate residences, but share common rooms and a dining hall. There are three co-ed residence buildings, each with a boys and girls wing (called a house) and a shared common room. There are two students per room and share a private bathroom. Houses include a dining hall, common room kitchen, storage areas, resident houseparents. They offer weekend activities and house games. Boarding also includes our English Language Language program, which runs from Grade 8 to Grade 10.
