As Operations Manager, I provide product and systems support to ensure all office and technical operations run smoothly while identifying process improvement opportunities. I also happen to write code that is used in creating processes in Atlas. Having worked with our Salesforce guru, I understand the technical side of developing and maintaining our database.
I provide support to F-1 Regional staff, and make myself available to assist with student applications, school recommendations and other inbound student program responsibilities.
This year I started traveling with Lisa and Shayna to meet partners and gain a more in-depth perspective of Quest Partner relationships. I will be assisting Lisa with partner relationship development and will be reaching out to you more often. I have written the Atlas user guide and will be able to provide you with training via Skype in order to give you the information and tools you need to sell the Quest programs.
