ESL Teacher Application

Our English as a Second Language program is an opportunity for students ages 13-19 to study English and participate in exciting adventure tours. Teachers’ classroom time is 4 days/approximately 16 hours per. ESL courses run 2-4 weeks in length and host 12-25 students per group. Class locations are arranged between Quest International and the ESL teacher in charge. A variety of teaching tools are used including books, videos and role-play to give students the confidence to speak English comfortably.

 

Adventures are full-day excursions that are conducted on non-classroom days.

 

The real rewards of working with Quest International are the friendships that come from sharing your American life with international students. You will discover new and different traditions with your exchange students as they share their own country and culture with your community.

 

Our students live with host families who provide a nurturing home environment where they are encouraged to use newly developed English skills. Quest host families are pre-screened and criminal background checks are conducted to ensure the safety of our students.
