How to Apply a Student to School
    1. Open a Student Contact page
    2. Click on the Placement Docs & Emails button at the top of the page
    3. Select 1- Student Application from the list and attach the following documents:
      • Photo Album
      • Copy of English Test
      • Copy of Passport
      • Medical History & Release
      • Hardcopy of Transcripts (past three semesters)
    4. Click Email School 1, 2 or 3 (these are the student’s three school choices on their application)
    5. Click Edit Email if you’d like to add any notes
    6. Click Run
    7. Click Email and OK in the pop-up window
    8. You should find the email in your Sent Emails in Gmail
How to Apply a Student to School Using a Web Link (Large Applications)
    1. Open a Student Contact page
    2. Click on the Placement Docs & Emails button at the top of the page
    3. Select Student Application from the list (Step 1) and check the box next to each of the attachments listed above (Step 2)
    4. Choose Download from the delivery method list (Step 3)
    5. Click Run
    6. Once the application has been created, save it in the student’s folder in dropbox.
    7. Back on the Student Contact page, scroll to the bottom to the Content Deliveries section
    8. Click Deliver Content and follow the instructions to post the application online
