How to Resend a User Login

User logins are set on the Community User Records.

    1. Type the Partner name in the search bar and click Search (Note: do not select the usual Partner Account page from the dropdown if it pops up)
    2. Under the Community Members section of the search results, click the Partner’s name
    3. Click on the dropdown button called Manage External User at the top of the record
    4. Click View Customer User
    5. Click Edit
    6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box that says Generate new password and notify user immediately
    7. Click Save
